Since arriving in Thunder Bay,  I have been asked numerous times, "How do you like Thunder Bay?"  My response is  immediate and enthusiastic, I love Thunder Bay Because...! ... As a lighthouse keeper's daughter,  I grew up surrounded by water, seagulls, rugged terrain and really friendly people.  Living here  feels like home, and that's why I love Thunder Bay! Proceed to my contact page (link located in the left hand side bar) and Email me your statement:  "I love Thunder Bay because...".  Watch for it to appear in my Real Estate News Paper ad.  My interest in real estate began as an investor, renovating and 'flipping', buying and renting.  During this time my realtor/mentor suggested I look into Real Estate as a career, so I did.  I began my Real Estate career in Manitoba in 2002 where I worked in a busy Re/Max office as an assistant to the broker and later in the fastest growing office in Southeastern Manitoba as a full time realtor, winning Rookie of the Year Award in my first year.    I moved from Manitoba in 2005 and, after becoming licensed in Ontario, teamed up with Thunder Bay’s largest Real Estate firm. During my first year, I worked hard to fast track my exposure to the Thunder Bay housing market . Under the Royal LePage umbrella,  I strive to offer my clients professional real estate services, outstanding customer service, a network of resources, and attention to the details of home selling and buying.  These standards allowed me to achieve Masters Sales Award in 2006, Director's Platinum Award and MLS Top Sales Achiever with the Thunder Bay Real Estate Board in 2007.  Previous employment experiences include banking, management and sales, as well as years of service to the public in various musical capacities.  My educational background includes a Business Administration Diploma and, as yet incomplete, Bachelor’s Degree in Music & Psychology (goals for the future).   From city to country properties, newly developing subdivisions to commercial properties, my real estate knowledge base is diverse and varied.  I continue to invest in real estate and have acquired multiple properties here in Thunder Bay.
